Email support@eigenboard.com and a person will answer, usually within a day. Include the app version from the account screen and, if a page converted wrongly, a screenshot of the page.

Common questions

A page converted with mistakes. Tap the page chip in the LaTeX panel and choose Convert again. Writing a little larger and keeping symbols separated from text helps the model. Tell the app your subjects in onboarding or the account screen so it expects your notation.

The document does not compile. Open the LaTeX tab and look for the line in the error log. Most failures are an unclosed environment across pages; converting the last page again usually fixes it.

Restore a purchase. On the plan screen choose Restore purchases. Subscriptions follow your Apple ID, not your Eigenboard account.

Cancel a subscription. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Eigenboard.

Delete my account. Open the account screen in the app and choose Delete account. Everything is removed immediately.
